Cardinal Flight
The College of Business (COB) at the University of Louisville recently launched its new co-curricular engagement program, Cardinal Flight, which tracks and rewards undergraduate business students for on and off-campus involvement outside the classroom.
Students will engage in meaningful co-curricular experiences that contribute to the three pillars of success: academic, personal, and professional.
Within these pillars, students will engage in various structured learning experiences that promote growth in seven of the NACE-inspired career readiness competencies. Students’ experiences will be tracked, reflections will be submitted and reviewed, and students can document experiences on their resume and on a co-curricular transcript.
Students who successfully complete the program will earn a certificate of completion and a Cardinal Flight graduation stole.
