      Submission Deadlines

      Effective August 2024, submit activities within 60 days of completion. For graduation semester activities, submit by the graduation application deadline. No credit will be given for late submissions. 

      You can redeem rewards anytime you meet milestone level requirements during any semester, but ensure you redeem them by the redemption deadline before graduation. 

      All gift items feature the College of Business Cardinal Flight co-branded logo. 

      Completion of All Foundational Level Requirements: Stainless steel tumbler 

      • Fall Deadline: October 25
      • Spring Deadline: April 15 
      • Summer Deadline: June 30 

      Note: Eligible students will receive an email with details on how to order and pick up their free gift item, typically available within four weeks of the semester deadline. Special arrangements may be made for out-of-town students. 

      Completion of All Advanced Level Requirements: T-shirt or hoodie 

      • Fall Deadline: October 25
      • Spring Deadline: April 15 
      • Summer Deadline: June 30 

      Note: Eligible students will receive an email with details on how to order and pick up their free gift item, typically available within four weeks of the semester deadline. Special arrangements may be taken into consideration for students who are not in the local area. 

      Completion of All Foundational and Advanced Level Requirements: Digital Badge

      • Fall Deadline: November 15 
      • Spring Deadline: April 25
      • Summer Deadline: June 30 

      Note: Eligible students will receive an email with instructions for downloading and sharing their digital badge. 

      After Earning the Digital Badge and Applying for Graduation: Graduation Stole

      • Fall Deadline: November 15
      • Spring Deadline: April 25 
      • Summer: Not Available

      Note: Eligible students participating in fall or spring ceremonies will receive an email about picking up their co-branded graduation stole. UofL does not hold summer commencements. Students must apply to graduate in the term they complete their degree requirements.
