The courses in our Department will help you utilize human, financial, and physical resources to achieve results effectively and efficiently. Whether you are looking for a job or looking to be promoted, technical skills are necessary, but not sufficient.  Regardless of your major, employers are looking for people with demonstrated competence in creativity, communication, teamwork, leadership, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects. Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, and Equine administration represent technical skills.
