Bio

Kai Cher Tay is pursuing his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship at the University of Louisville. He is a Center for Free Enterprise PhD Fellow. Since 2022, he has been a Graduate Research Assistant for Dr. Daniel Bennett and Dr. Isabel Botero. His research interests include institutions, digital entrepreneurship, and corporate entrepreneurship. He has presented his research at numerous academic conferences, including the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference.

Beyond his academic work, Kai has the experience of co-founding multiple businesses and assisting others in their digital transformation. He specializes in social media marketing and innovative optimization strategies, driving businesses toward rapid profitability.
