
Carolyn M. Callahan, PhD

Dr. Callahan teaches holds a Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Georgia, and her research focuses on financial reporting and disclosure, audit quality, and corporate governance. Dr. Callahan has published her research in a variety of academic journals, including The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, and Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory.
In addition to her research and teaching, Dr. Callahan has also served as an expert witness in litigation matters related to accounting and financial reporting. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Accounting Association and the Association for Financial Professionals.
