The Cardinal Spirit Award recognizes the impact the outstanding people of the College of Business have on making this a great place to work. This award is presented twice a year. Winners demonstrate the following attributes:

Erica Hulse (Fall 2021) “I always look forward to working with Erica as she is positive, motivated, and fun to be around. I find her going above and beyond for not just her direct team, but the whole College of Business. So great to work with!

John Merchant (Spring 2021) “John has a wealth of knowledge, and he shares it in such a gracious and pleasant way. I am proud to call him a colleague and friend.”

Jim Warner (Spring 2021) “Jim has gone above and beyond in helping me launch the FranchiseU podcast. He does all the editing, created the process to feed all the podcast platforms, AND introduces me, and closes out each podcast with his incredible voice. He always is helpful and tells me that he loves working on this project- that makes my day. He is creative as well and has made such a difference. I truly appreciate all he has done!”

Kelly Watson (Fall 2021)”Working with Kelly is always a joy – she is always cheerful and willing to do whatever it takes to make a difference. She truly cares about our College and putting our best foot forward.”
