Bio
Tendai Charasika is a Partner and the Chief Strategy Officer at Saling Wealth Advisors joining the team in 2020. His role entails working with the leadership team to guide the overall strategy for the comprehensive financial planning firm, business development efforts and relationship management for some of the firm’s high-net worth families.
Since 2021, Tendai has been an Entrepreneur-in-Residence with the University of Louisville’s Office of Research and Innovation. He is honored to have been associated with University of Louisville since entering college in 1996, playing varsity football for the Cardinals while earning his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the J.B. Speed School of Engineering and ultimately his entrepreneurship MBA from the College of Business. He has served in various capacities with the University over the years including currently being a member for the College of Business Board of Advisors and having been a CEO Roundtable facilitator for the Family Business Center.
Tendai enjoys serving in the community by volunteering his time on several boards including the 502Circle Business Council, member of the Community Foundation of Louisville’s Invest Louisville Committee, Amplify Louisville, YPAL Advisory Council, and the St. Xavier High School Alumni Board. He truly bleeds cardinal red and loves the city of Louisville!
