Russ, a native of Louisville, KY.  He earned a professional degree in Architecture from the University of Kentucky in 2003. His career began as an Architect with the Army Corps of Engineers, focusing on 3D modeling and digital design.

In 2006, Russ founded RedTag, initially as a website design service for emerging businesses. Recognized for his leadership and contribution to the industry, Russ was named to Louisville Business First’s “40 Under 40” in 2019.
