Bio
Doug Whyte is President and CEO of Performance Capital Partners. Prior to PCP, Doug was President of Dometic Corporation and led the successful turnaround and sale of the company to private equity and successful public listing. During his tenure, he also relocated its headquarters from Elkhart, Ind., to Louisville, creating over 100 new jobs. He has extensive experience leading companies that provide products to the OEM, manufacturing, and consumer product channels, as well as current for-profit and non-profit Board of Directors experience. Before Dometic, he held executive positions with Ford, Rockwell International, Ingersoll Rand, and Black & Decker. Whyte is a Louisville native and earned his undergraduate degree in management from the UofL College of Business.
