Bio
Diane B. Medley is a managing partner and co-founder of MCM LLP. She also
serves as Managing Member of Meritrust Wealth Management. Diane has been
practicing public accounting for over 30 years, and she is a member of the firm’s
Executive Committee. She has served as a board member for a variety of civic
organizations, including Hardin Memorial Hospital Foundation, One Southern
Indiana, and Nucleus. She currently serves as the Chair of the University of
Louisville Foundation Board on the University of Louisville Board of Trustees, and
in 2016 she was inducted into the College of Business Entrepreneurship Circle of
Fame for her leadership. Medley earned an Accounting Degree from the University
of Louisville and graduated with Highest Honors.
