Bio

Condrad M. Daniels is the president of HJI Supply Chain Solutions, a single source provider of outsourced manufacturing, contract warehousing and 3PL supply chain solutions. With 23 years of experience in the logistics industry, he has served a variety of roles within HJI from Quality Systems Engineer to Chief Operating Officer.  In this span, Condrad has been an instrumental part of the growth of HJI in omni-channel order fulfillment, contract warehousing, kitting, assembly, distribution and manufacturing support services.  He was named president of HJI Supply Chain Solutions in 2017 after a 4-year generational and succession planning period.  With his leadership of the 2nd generation family business, the company has grown from a single industry facility into one the largest woman and minority owned businesses in Kentucky providing 3PL solutions in the automotive, food and beverage, consumer goods and appliance industries.  HJI has over 1.3 million sq. ft. in 8 locations across Kentucky and Tennessee.

Condrad played college football at Georgia Tech. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids’ sports teams, playing golf, and any activity involving fitness.
