Bio

Bosworth M. Todd, Jr. is chairman emeritus of Todd Investment Advisors, a
firm he founded in 1967. The company manages a client portfolio of $3.2 billion.
Prior to founding Todd Investment Advisors, he was vice president of Kentucky
Trust Company, where he managed a $1 billion portfolio. He began his investment
advisory career with J.J.B. Hilliard, W. L. Lyons as a security analyst in 1956,
following two years in the U.S. Air Force. Todd, a Certified Financial Analyst,
is a director of First Capital Bank of Kentucky, and a previous director of the
Investment Counsel Association of America. He has an undergraduate degree from
the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
