Bio
International Business/Organizational Behavior scholar and program director. PhD in Administration with emphasis in Organizational Studies from Universidad EAFIT. Emphasis in International Business from the Nordic Research School of International Business. Dissertation: “Diversity, Engagement, and Satisfaction in Global Virtual Teams.”
Experience teaching undergraduate and master level courses in management and international business, developing university internationalization strategies, organizing and leading international study tours, designing academic programs and curricula, developing and mentoring student competitions, advising student research projects.
