Overview

This document contains four mini-case studies. Students prepare by assessing the characters in the cases for their inclusivity from the perspectives of different constituents. This helps them to see the complexity of perspectives and the difficulty of achieving ideal inclusivity. Then, as the students discuss potential applications, they can see how the application of inclusivity differs based on scenarios.

Conversation

Starter comment: This is actually a series of mini-cases rather than one case, which can be useful for helping students to compare questions about inclusivity across multiple situations, and showing how the same questions can lead to different conclusions in different situations. This can motivate students to want to be more mindful about their approach to leadership.
