Overview
This document describes how to use a series of online videos for crafting in-class debates about appropriate levels of curiosity for leadership. They enable instructors to lead students in discussions that compare when curiosity goes too far, when it does not go far enough, and what is required of them if they want to exhibit curiosity well.
Conversation
Starter comment: This session can be useful in preparing students to make plans to be more curious when they use the Leadership Workout app, because it requires them to really think through when and how it is a good thing to be curious. It is also useful for thinking through the ethics of curiosity.
