Starting as the company’s 35th franchisee, Van Iten quickly built a successful business with six franchises and two storefronts before stepping into leadership roles, including Director of Recruitment and eventually CEO. With a background in writing and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Wheaton College, she blends entrepreneurial drive with a people-first approach. Van Iten is passionate about empowering franchisees, expanding opportunities in the beauty and wellness industry and helping clients rediscover confidence through the science of color.
