Since taking the helm as President and CEO in 2021, Haller has driven major organizational growth, secured a number of high-profile policy wins, modernized IFA’s structure and expanded IFA’s national visibility. A frequent media voice, he’s appeared across all major news outlets, including CNBC, Fox Business, Fox News, POLITICO and in The Wall Street Journal and New York Times, among others. Before joining IFA in 2010, Haller held leadership roles at the US Chamber of Commerce and UPS. He holds a degree from North Carolina State University and resides in Washington, DC.

In her role as COO, Brandeen leads business operations, member engagement and growth initiatives. Raised in a military family, she brings resilience, global perspective and over two decades of experience across industries including education, finance, consulting and franchising. She’s held leadership roles at Sylvan Learning, Deutsche Bank and Georgetown University. A passionate advocate for mentoring and entrepreneurship, she’s created programs to support women and startups. Jennifer lives in Annapolis with her three children and enjoys travel, fitness and piano. Brandeen is committed to making IFA essential to the franchise community.
