Dr. Melissa Campbell has more than 35 years of teaching/training experience focusing on teaching methods, application software, and system implementation and design. She is a QM Certified Peer Reviewer for online courses. She has achieved Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Office Master Certification (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access XP, 2007, 2010, and 365/2019), and CompTIA’s A+ Hardware certifications. She has been teaching online courses since 2002.
Dr. Campbell earned a BS degree in Business Education (1987) and MA in Secondary Education (1989) from Northern Kentucky University. She completed her EdD in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Cincinnati. She has taught undergraduate courses in Computer Information Systems, Business Informatics/Information Systems, Business Education, Organizational Systems Technologies, Technology Training and Development, and Organizational Leadership. In addition, she has taught graduate courses in the Master of Business Informatics, Technology Teacher Education, and Master of Science in Technology programs.
