Lauren Madden, JD

Bio

Lauren Smith Madden is an instructor in the Online Franchise Management Certificate Bootcamp program at the University of Louisville.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School where she served as a managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.  She also holds an MA in Arts Administration, BA in Political Science, and BA in Economics from the University of Kentucky.  She currently works as an attorney with Yum! Brands, Inc., where her work includes entity management and corporate governance, contracting, and capital markets.  Prior to her role with Yum, she spent several years in practice at a large regional firm in Louisville, specializing in franchising and distribution.
