Bio
Emanuel “Butch” J. Eads is the Principal of Eads Associates, LLC, a management
consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, operational improvement, and
executive coaching with a specific focus on small to midcap companies and private
equity investors. Previously, Mr. Eads was Chief Executive Officer of Central Parking
Corporation. Mr. Eads received a BS Degree in Business from the University of
Louisville and is a member of The College of Business Board of Advisors. In 2004
he was honored as its Alumni Fellow of the Year. He is also a graduate of Wharton’s
Advanced Management Program. Mr. Eads serves on the Board of Walker Parking
Consultants, Inc. In addition, he is a past Board Chairman and continues to serve
on the Board for the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. He is also a member of the
Board of the Catholic Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee and also serves
as a Trustee for Mary Queen of Angels assisted living community in Nashville,
Tennessee.
