Bio
Charles P. “Chuck” Denny is regional president & CEO of PNC Bank of Kentucky/ Indiana.
He was president and chief operating officer of National City Bank before their
merger with PNC. During his career with the bank, he was responsible for
corporate banking for middle and large corporate markets, as well as investor-owned
health care companies. Denny is vice chairman of the University of
Louisville Board of Overseers, and a director of the Louisville Medical Center
Development Corporation, the Greater Louisville Health Enterprises Network, the
Greater Louisville Logistics Network, the Kentucky Bankers Association, and the
Baptist Hospital East Administrative Board. He was the 2009 College of Business
Alumni Fellow. He has undergraduate and MBA degrees from the College of
Business and also is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
