Since 2006, Jania Bailey, CFE, has served as the CEO of FranNet, the most respected voice in the franchise consultant industry in North America. She joined FranNet in the midst of an ownership change and a major shift in the company model from a Mutual Benefit Company to a Franchise.
Prior to joining FranNet, Jania served over 8 years in several different managerial capacities with Fantastic Sams International, a hair care franchise. Including serving as the regional manager for Fantastic Sams and overseeing operational support and development for franchisees in a five-state region.
For six years, Jania served on the IFA Executive Board of Directors and currently serves as the IFA Membership Committee Chair
