A full refund or transfer will be granted if requested at least fourteen days prior to the seminar’s start date. We will accept a substitute at any time up to the seminar start date. You are responsible for full payment if you cancel less than fourteen days prior to the start date or do not attend the seminar.

Yes, CEUs are listed on the Certificate of Completion for all courses.

For open enrollment, classes are typically held at either the College of Business on the main University of Louisville campus or at UofL’s ShelbyHurst Campus (440 N Whittington Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40222). 

Seven to ten days prior to the seminar, check your course confirmation email for the location, directions, and parking information for your particular course.  If you have questions, contact Julijana Curcic at 502-852-5636 or julijana.curcic@louisville.edu.

For custom programs, classes can be held on the main UofL campus, at the UofL ShelbyHurst Campus, or on-site at a location of the client's choice.

All participants receive a UofL College of Business Certificate of Completion plus an electronic "brag" badge for posting your accomplishment on social media.

We prioritize the safety of our participants and try to make inclement weather decisions with ample time for our participants to plan accordingly and remain safe. 

If there is a change or cancellation due to inclement weather, you will receive notification via email from the Executive Education office by 5pm the day prior to the start of your program.  Should weather conditions progress after a course has been started, the Executive Education team will announce any changes in the classroom.
