Championing Success
September 1, 2026
College of Business students in Horn Auditorium
Over 40 College of Business faculty and staff members named University of Louisville 2025-26 Student Champions
Student success is shaped by more than lessons taught or milestones reached. It grows through the people who offer guidance, encouragement and support along the way.
Each spring, UofL invites students to recognize faculty and staff members who have made a meaningful impact on their academic journey. Student Champions are those who go above and beyond to help students succeed, whether by making a challenging subject feel possible, helping someone find a path forward or offering encouragement at exactly the right moment.
This year, 44 College of Business faculty and staff members received the recognition from students who experienced that dedication firsthand. Their impact can be found throughout the college – in its classrooms, programs, advising offices and everyday interactions that help students build confidence, create connections and prepare for what comes next.
