Overview
This course moves beyond the abstract theory of Project Management and addresses real-world application in the workplace. In this program, you will solve project management problems and practice the powerful tools that will be immediately useful in your work. Working with your classmates , you will tackle a real project, generate solutions, execute your plan, and get immediate feedback from your peers and instructors. These hands-on learning experiences with real business challenges will challenge you and equip you to apply what you learn at work .

Program Outline
The methodologies and tools will help you manage complex, cross-functional projects and programs by introducing the student to the concepts of project management and focusing on best practices for the practical application of the project management processes: Project Integration, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management and Stakeholder Management. Additionally, this course goes into detail with Scope Change Control, Earned Value Analysis, Precedence Diagramming, Critical Path Analysis and Management, Team Development, and Risk Response Planning .
