Bio

Thomas brings 10+ years of professional experience across several areas of higher education to the College of Business. Passionate about working with students, his personal philosophy is to equip individuals with the necessary tools and empower them to achieve the goals that are important to them. In addition to his coaching duties, Thomas teaches BUS 201 to undergraduate students. He also serves as an adjunct instructor in both the MBA and the College of Education’s MA in Higher Education Administration programs.

His research interests include international education, issues of spatiality that contribute to how people perform work, organizational behavior, and leadership.
