In this intensive fundamentals course, you will gain the concepts, tools, and techniques to manage a project and a project team. You'll be learning in a team-based environment and practicing valuable project management techniques. You'll walk away from our course with practical tools and skills that can be applied immediately in the workplace.
This course is a pre-requisite for the Project Management: Practical Application course and is recommended prior to the PMP Exam Facilitated Study course. However, if you have formal project management training or education (e.g. college-level project management training or a PMP® certification) the Fundamentals course may be waived, which would allow you to enroll directly in the Practical Application course. Please contact us for additional pre-requisite information.

Fundamentals of Project Management Course Options:
- Fall and Spring sessions meet Thursdays, 6-9 p.m. for four weeks. These sessions are in-person.
- 2-day Fundamentals Bootcamp meets 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. to give you a head start on completing your certificate.
Online Course Option:
- The Online Fundamentals of Project Management meets Mondays and Thursdays, 6-9 p.m. for two weeks, allowing you to fast-track your Project Management Certificate. This session will meet virtually. Click here to register for the online program.
