As a member of the Family Business Center, you are entitled to:

1. One seat on a Family Business Roundtable ($600 value) that functions as a Board of Advisors for each of its members on a rotational basis (additional seats available for larger companies);

2. Discounted or free admission to quarterly workshops (breakfast or lunch) meetings featuring experts and/or a panel discussion of a common interest topic;

3. Free "Family Business Checkup" to gage the health of your family business relative to known best practices.

4. A block of free consulting time which includes strategic referrals to the top family business experts in the region, at discounted rates.

5. The opportunity to network in exclusive environments with other owners/members of family businesses, as well as non-commercial networking with regional experts and other leading authorities on the subject of family-owned business; 

6. Discounted admission and ½ price guest rate at annual events such as the Economic Forecast Summit and Annual Family Business Awards event;

7. Primary access to faculty or graduate assistance from the award-winning University of Louisville College of Business MBA program;

8. Access to and listing in the Family Business Directory, which includes top notch service providers to family firms as well as a listing of family business members;

9. Timely, relevant Information and news, via, blogs, links to services, data, online discussion boards, newsletters and social media, etc.;

10. Access to FBC staff and resources, including our extensive reference library, which includes customized searches for members on any family business related topic.

     Family firms join the center for a fee determined by annual sales, with membership allowing discounted or free access to our workshops and major events for up to three members of the family business:
