MBA Program Information 

      The University of Louisville MBA programs will help you achieve your full potential by learning strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills that are critical for success in business. Our mission is to produce the next generation of business leaders through programs that meet the specific needs of today's students and provide them with the skills needed to succeed in tomorrow's business world.  Our MBA programs are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) and the International Association of Management Education (IAME). Additionally, the programs are accredited through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).


International Trip

      Each May, the UofL MBA program faculty take students overseas for 10 days to experience international business environments and to learn from business leaders and MBA students of a different culture. One international trip is included in the tuition cost for all MBA students (excluding airfare) so students can take advantage of this unique, once-in-a-lifetime learning opportunity. 2009 Trip Locations: Shanghai & Beijing in China (2 groups), Thailand & Vietnam.

New Student Orientation

      Each MBA program begins with a Friday evening reception and dinner where students  and their guests meet fellow classmates, future faculty and current student representatives. After team assignments are revealed, the new students and guests take part in their first team project. The following Saturday provides students with an introduction to team building at Wooded Glen Retreat and Conference Center in Henryville, Indiana.  Professional facilitators work with each group to complete team challenges and build relationships as a foundation for future success. An afternoon session provides administrative details about the programs.
