College of Business Computer Labs

photo of COB computer labThe College of Business offers students three computer labs in the atrium area of the building with over eighty computers, including twelve macs.  Each computer is equipped with an wide assortment of software.  A full-time staff is available for assistance with machines.  In addition, a Bloomberg Terminal is available which provides financial information so students can monitor and analyze real-time financial market data movements and place trades. The Bloomberg Terminal system also provides news, price quotes, and messaging across its proprietary secure network.

Printing is available @ 11 cents per page (paid via UofL Student Card). Students can add money to their card by using the machine located in the lab or by going to www.louisville.edu/campuscard.

The labs are located in rooms 045 (30 PCs and 10 IMacs), 054 (36 PCs), and 059 (12 IMacs).

Hours of Operation (Spring 2012 semester):

Monday - Thursday:  7:30am - 11pm
Friday & Saturday:  9am - 5pm
Sunday: noon - 9pm

After hours, business students with proper card access (CIS majors) can get into 054 and 059.

Any student, with a valid ULINK account can log on and use the computers in the open lab.

Lab 054 cannot be used during classes;  the schedule of classes for that room are posted on the outside of the lab and are available through proxy/Groupwise.

There is no eating or drinking in the lab.  This is strictly enforced.
