       Professor Ernesto Poza, an internationally recognized, top-rated speaker and consultant to family-owned businesses,  shared his findings on factors contributing to family business longevity and success.
     Following Professor Poza's presentation, a panel of local centennial family business leaders took questions regarding their struggles and successes.  The event concluded with a wine and beer networking reception at the Middleton Reutlinger law firm.
