The UofL College of Business is an outstanding business school, says The Princeton Review in its just-published 2009 edition of “Best 296 Business Schools.”
According to the two-page profile drawn from student comments, the college’s professors “demonstrate meaningful real-world knowledge through prior experience,” and “most have an innovative approach to teaching and look for ways to make their classes better.”
The Princeton Review's 80-question survey asked students about themselves, their career plans and their schools’ academics, student body and campus life. The profile includes additional student comments as well as data provided by the college.
According to Robert Franek, Princeton Review vice president-publishing, "We select schools based on our high regard for their academic programs and offerings, institutional data we collect from the schools and the candid opinions of students. We are pleased to recommend the College of Business as one of the best institutions to earn an MBA."
The Princeton Review does not rank the schools in the book on a single hierarchical list from 1 to 296, or name one business school best overall. More on the listings can be found at www.PrincetonReview.com.
“Best 296 Business Schools” also has advice on applying to business schools and funding the degree.
