Business Writing Consultant
University of Louisville Composition Program

          The Business Writing Consultant offers tutoring and assistance with writing projects for any College of Business student -- undergraduate or graduate -- or faculty member. The consultant works through in-person meetings during office hour, by appointment, or via email conversations in order to help writers develop and revise writing projects.

     For both face-to-face and online consultations, writers are encouraged to make appointment about a week in advance when possible, because available hours tend to get booked up. Writers who cannot visit the consultant in his office might want to ask for an online audio chat when emailing for an appointment. If you have access to a computer with an IM chat tool (downloadable for free) and a head set, an interactive chat in lieu of receiving comments on your writing via email might help you get better help with your writing.

     Please note that this is not a drop-off editing service but instead is designed to offer both broad and specific advice to help individuals improve as writers.  (Available spring & fall semesters)
