Twelve College of Business students joined a global network of over 400,000 successful businessmen and women this week in an induction ceremony for the Beta Gamma Sigma international honor society. The students (listed below) were selected based on their outstanding scholastic achievements and service throughout their college careers.
Inductee benefits include career assistance, networking opportunities and discounts on publications, exams and career development programs.
"The benefits in joining Beta Gamma Sigma were just too hard to pass up," said Tracy Howard, a graduating Accountancy major and inductee. "The networking opportunities sound fantastic, and the CPA exam discounts are much appreciated."
The inductees join several College of Business faculty and staff members in Beta Gamma Sigma membership, including Dean Moyer.
