The *IMBA* program has from the very first class taught me a different way of not only thinking but of behaving. The opportunity to explore new subjects provides me with the tools I need to progress in my chosen profession. My business acuity has sharply increased and I am quite pleased to use this knowledge in my workplace. I truly believe I am in a better place because of the depth of knowledge each professor has brought to the classroom. It is relevant material and can be applied to my day to day routines.

I was not certain the entrepreneurial aspect was going to be interesting but I have been most pleasantly surprised. The New Venture Creation has opened doors that I had no idea were even present. I am excited to think that I can start a new business at this stage in my profession.

Getting this type of MBA has the right intensity to help me get ahead in my career. I am very pleased to be a part of this program and I have no regrets!!

Managing time well and having an immensely supportive husband and son is the key to success while studying despite the other responsibilities I have such as working full time and being a wife and mother.

Greg Virgin (IMBA student)

Greg Virgin student photo As a student of the IMBA program I feel that I am receiving an education that is equal to or better than any other MBA program in the country. Not only do I have the opportunity to learn from highly experienced professors with real entrepreneurial experience, I learn from my classmates who are all highly skilled professionals. I remember the first day when we introduced ourselves to our classmates and there were a number of business owners, lawyers, doctors and professionals with 6, 10 and even 19 years of experience! It was then that I was certain that this program was definitely not a cookie cutter MBA program. I have found that the IMBA program is far from your typical MBA program. The courses are so intense and challenging that at the end of the day I have real knowledge that can be applied immediately at work. As a professional who is determined to differentiate myself not with a degree but with raw ability, the IMBA program was the perfect choice for me.

"I always dreamed of owning my own business, I just didn't know where to start. IMBA is making that dream reality. Classes range from idea generation to business plan development. The classes are small and I'm surrounded by like-minded people. I had many choices for professional school; I can honestly say I'm glad I chose IMBA."

David Toebbe (MBA student)

David Toebbe student photo I believe the MBA Program has improved my critical thinking skills and changed my approach to making decisions at work.

I am very impressed with the diverse background of students. Some already have advanced degrees and successful careers but consider the addition of a MBA to be vital to their continued and future success.

Lisa Zembrodt (MBA student)

Lisa Zambrodt student photo I have found the Louisville MBA program to be both challenging and rewarding. It continues to amaze me how often I apply material from the MBA curriculum to my career and life. From the broad knowledge to the specific skills, the value I have gained thus far is incalculable.

The value is not limited to the material, of course – the wide variety of backgrounds, ages, and professions of the students enhances each class discussion, and is representative of the world in which we live. Learning how to clearly communicate and effectively work with a diverse group of people is vital to individual success.

Further, the instructors are experienced, insightful, interesting, and engaging; and while they recognize that life exists for students beyond the borders of the classroom, the workload is appropriate to ensure the students earn a high-quality degree.

The professors are extremely encouraging and supportive and at the same time provide an opportunity to realize, develop and apply one's unexplored potential. The program is a total package which provides a wealth of opportunities for networking and enriching one's experience.

My professors have been excellent, and I truly feel that what is taught in class will have significance in my workplace. The students that I have encountered are hard working and inspiring with all the things going on that they are balancing both professionally and personally. Overall this is a great program.
