If you’ve every wondered if you have what it takes to start a new business, develop new products and services or bring innovation and creativity to an existing business, the Entrepreneurship Minor is for YOU!

Our program is the only nationally ranked minor in the business school--we’re ranked in the top 20 out of 900 entrepreneurship programs across the nation.

Entrepreneurship students meet with millionaire and billionaire entrepreneurs, participate in regional business plan competitions for cash awards, participate in entrepreneur clubs and forums, build prototypes, learn from venture capitalists and angel investors, explore Offices of Technology Transfer and connect with top civic and business leaders.

• Enhance problem-solving and team-building skills

• Create a business plan for a real business or work with a start-up company

• Explore opportunities in Corporate Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship Minor courses include Management 340, Entrepreneurship 401, 402 and 403. NOTE: Not all classes are offered every semester, so if you’re interested, please PLAN AHEAD!

Our program has been ranked in the Top 20 in the nation. It includes 12 credit hours over 3-4 semesters. You must be a junior or senior to be eligible.

Students who are focused on their future and want to acquire entrepreneurial AND intrapreneurial skills will excel in this program. You don’t have to start your own business to be an entrepreneur! Every business needs innovation, persistence and creativity.
