James O. Fiet

     Professor Fiet is the Brown-Forman Chair in Entrepreneurship and Professor of Management at the University of Louisville. He is also the director of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Research and the associate dean for research. He has published in entrepreneurship, management, finance, economics and technology journals. He authored The Systematic Search for Entrepreneurial Discoveries , which was published by Quorum Books in July 2002. The Decision Sciences Institute and USABE have recognized his contributions to research and teaching.

     He received a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University, an MBA from the University of Southern California, and a BA from Brigham Young University.
