The College of Business 2007 Awards Day saw 150 students honored with scholarships, awards and prizes valued at approximately $262,000. The April 19 event at Masterson's Restaurant included more than 130 donors, student recipients, family, friends and College of Business faculty and staff. The awards were presented by Dean Charlie Moyer and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Audrey Kline .

Multiple award winners included Christy Budlove (50th Anniversary Alumni Scholarship and Management Scholarship); Christopher O'Bryan (KPMG Scholarship and David P. Burks Scholarship); Johanna Onders (Woodrow M. Strickler Leadership Award and Outstanding Senior in Marketing); Kendall Peacock (Alumni Award for Outstanding Senior and Carl E. Abner Senior in Economics); Nathan Plack (Bonnie Thornton Scholarship and Sterne & Agee Scholarship); Aimee Boyd ( Robert L. Nardelli MBA Scholarship and Rotary Leadership Fellows Award); Erica Downs (Deming, Malone, Livesay & Ostroff CPA's Scholarship and National City Scholars); Amelia Singleton (Louis A. Grief Outstanding Senior in Accountancy and Omicron Delta Kappa Outstanding Graduating Senior Award); and Aileen Rodriguez (Wehby-Colunga Scholarship and Louisville Sales Club Scholarship).
