IMBA Portfolio Information

     Each student's portfolio will be developed in conjunction with the Lifelong Learning I & II modules and will be reviewed for satisfactory completion by The MBA for Entrepreneurial Thinking faculty mentor. Each portfolio will consist of:

     An Introduction and Personal Statement - this section provides the student an opportunity to reflect on the meaning of The MBA for Entrepreneurial Thinking program to her/him and to document personal growth during the program.


Current Resume

     Lifelong Learning Plan - the portfolio will contain a Lifelong Learning Plan that outlines specific activities to be completed after graduation from The MBA for Entrepreneurial Thinking program. This plan will be developed during Lifelong Learning I & II.

     For each of the The MBA for Entrepreneurial Thinking Outcomes, the student should discuss the meaning of the outcome to her/him and document individual achievement of the outcome during The MBA for Entrepreneurial Thinking program.

     Each MBA for Entrepreneurial Thinking student will be matched with an MBA for Entrepreneurial Thinking faculty mentor by the beginning of September of the second year of the program. Each student is responsible for scheduling an initial meeting with his/her mentor to discuss the portfolio and the mentor's expectations. An initial one page outline of the portfolio is due to the faculty mentor by December 1 of the second year fall semester. The first draft of the portfolio is due to the faculty mentor by February 1. The faculty mentor will provide feedback no later than February 15. The final portfolio is due to the faculty mentor by March 1.
     The faculty mentor will review the final portfolio and make a determination of either satisfactory completion or recommend changes needed to achieve satisfactory completion prior to the end of Lifelong Learning II during the second year of The MBA for Entrepreneurial Thinking program.
